Do I need to pay to see if there are pals for me?
No. Signing up and seeing your matches is free, with no payment details needed. You only pay when you decide to send a pal a message.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your account stays. You just stop being charged.
What happens when my Founding Member year ends?
You’ll be prompted to pick a plan. If you don’t subscribe, your account stays free and you can still read messages, but you won’t be able to send or reply until you do.
Why is the annual plan so much cheaper?
Billing once a year costs less than billing twelve times, and we pass that on to you.
Do you offer refunds?
Your rights under UK consumer law always apply, including any right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days. Beyond that, you keep what you’ve already paid for and can cancel future renewals. Deleting your account cancels a paid subscription straight away and doesn’t issue a refund. The Terms of Service have the details.
Is there a free trial?
You don’t need one. Signing up and seeing your matches is free with no time limit, so you can look around for as long as you like before deciding to subscribe. And while the founding window is open, your first year of subscription is free.
