Shoepal gets better with every pal who joins, so the first people here are taking a chance on us. There may be fewer matches early on, and there’ll be rough edges.
The Founding Member offer is our thank-you. A free year means you can use Shoepal without weighing up whether it’s worth paying for.

How long is the founding window open?
We haven’t set a closing date yet. It’ll end on a date we choose, with no limit on numbers before then, so there’s no race for spaces.
What happens when my free year ends?
You’ll be asked to pick a plan if you want to keep sending messages. Your account stays either way. Without a subscription you can still see your matches, manage your profile and read messages from pals. You just can’t send or reply.
Do I have to enter payment details?
No. Founding Members get the year free with no card on file. We only ask for payment if you choose to subscribe later.
What does having a say actually mean?
We read everything you send to hello [at] shoepal.uk, and it affects what we work on next.
What if Shoepal isn’t for me?
No worries. There’s nothing to pay and nothing to cancel, and you can delete your account from Settings whenever you like.
